Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fombell, PA. This position oversees transformer projects from order intake through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, production, and logistics teams, monitoring project timelines, and resolving issues that may impact delivery. The Project Manager will track project milestones, manage documentation, communicate regularly with customers and internal stakeholders, and support continuous improvement initiatives across processes. The role also involves identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and ensuring projects comply with company standards and customer specifications. Qualifications Project management skills, including 5+ years Project Management and experience leading cross‑functional industrial or manufacturing projects. Expediting capabilities, such as Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely movement of materials and adherence to schedules. Inspection skills, including Inspection experience for reviewing specifications, quality checks, and verifying compliance with requirements. Logistics Management skills to coordinate shipments, manage lead times, and align production with customer delivery needs. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external customers. Proficiency with project management tools and basic ERP/MRP or manufacturing systems; familiarity with ISO 9001 environments is beneficial.
