Are you a top notch lead electrician who's tired of the hierarchy and micromanagement at big corporate companies? No clear path for moving up in the company? Current Electrical Contractors is not your corporate shop. We're a small, tight-knit crew doing big things—and we're looking for an A-player who’s ready to grow with us.

Are You...

A senior residential electrician who knows the code like the back of your hand?

The type of person who shows up early, keeps your workspace clean, and treats customers’ homes better than your own?

Someone who solves problems, not just reports them?

A pro who thrives when trusted to own the job, makes the calls, and delivers top-tier work—like your own name’s on the van?

Someone who knows how to wire a house—and values the tech tools that make it easier?

Someone who takes pride in doing things right—no shortcuts, no excuses?

If you're nodding your head, read on.

What We’re Offering:

Competitive Pay: $30-$35/hour + bonuses for 5-star reviews and upsells.

A company vehicle – We trust you to represent the company well.

Health insurance benefit – We've got your back.

Paid time off – Everyone needs time to recharge and reset.

Paid holidays – Enjoy time with family.

A respectful, no-drama crew – Small, tight, and focused on doing quality work in high-end homes.

Stability – Full-time year-round work.

What We Expect:

A valid electrician license with residential, commercial, and lead experience—you’ve been in charge, not just along for the ride.

Confidence reading and working from blueprints and schematics.

Physical stamina to work safely and effectively in a variety of jobsite environments.

A clean, active driver’s license (no suspensions in the last 3 years – we’ll verify).

Willingness to work occasional Saturdays during busy seasons—when the work is flowing, so is the overtime pay.

Strong communication skills—respectful with customers, reliable with teammates, and dependable when following directions.

Zero tolerance for disrespect, laziness, complaining, or dishonesty. We thrive on accountability, respect, and problem-solving—negativity doesn’t fit here.

Pride in your craft—this is A+ work and extreme customer service for our valued customers, and that’s how we like it.

Why This Role?

We’re small for now—but we’re maturing fast. Unlike big companies where you’re just a cog in the machine, we create opportunities for those who show initiative, skill, and pride in their work.

If you're the kind of electrician who wants to grow with the company—not just in it—we’ll back you with the right tools, real trust, and high-end clients who value what you do.
