Position Type: Temporary (One Weekend Event)

We are hiring Temporary Security Officers for an upcoming music festival weekend in Downtown Bristol, TN/VA. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for short-term event work in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Available Shifts:

• Day Shifts.
• Night Shifts.

We will work with applicants' availability and schedules whenever possible.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor assigned areas throughout the event.
• Assist with access control and entry points.
• Provide crowd management and guest assistance.
• Observe and report suspicious or unsafe activity.
• Help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for attendees, staff, and performers.
• Respond professionally to incidents and follow event security procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous security or event experience is a plus but not required.
