GoWork Staffing is currently hiring Production Associates for Fluid Energy Processing & Equipment Company, Inc.

We are seeking dependable, safety-conscious individuals who are comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment. This is a 3rd shift position, but selected candidates must be available to train on 1st shift for approximately one month before transitioning to their regular overnight schedule.

Position: Production Associate
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 3rd Shift
Training: Must be available to train on 1st Shift for approximately one month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Hatfield, PA

Important Job Requirement

This position requires employees to wear a respirator while performing assigned job duties. Candidates must be comfortable working while wearing the required respiratory protection and must be able to meet all applicable safety, medical evaluation, fit-testing, and training requirements before respirator use.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production and manufacturing operations.

• Operate and/or assist with production equipment according to established procedures.

• Handle, move, stage, and process materials as required.

• Follow production instructions and established work procedures.

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Package, label, and prepare finished products as required.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required PPE and respiratory protection.

• Communicate production, equipment, or quality concerns to supervisors.

• Work closely with production team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.

• Perform additional production and manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred.

• Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

• Must be able to wear required respiratory protection and complete applicable respirator safety requirements.

• Must be available to complete approximately one month of training on 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd shift.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of a production position throughout the shift.
