Life Enrichment Coordinator

The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible to develop and integrate resident programming that focuses on the 7 dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social, environmental and cultural. Responsibilities: Offer diversified activities to residents Creatively addresses the need to provide one-on-one activities to residents that may be confined to their room Actively motivates residents to participate in activities by providing an accurate calendar of events that engages them with other residents in the community with similar interests Supports and proactively participates in the community's census building initiatives Must have the ability to organize and implement events and programming to meet the needs of all residents Requirements: Activities Certification desired College degree in Recreation Therapy or related field preferred Valid Drivers License & satisfactory driving record Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Activities Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person EEO #J-18808-Ljbffr
