You'll use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to approach new situations.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: RequirementsYou have at least 8 years of project management experience and/or continuous improvement experienceYou have prior work experience leading medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects from concept to deliveryYou possess strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologiesYou guide and inspire others in a consultative approach and drive collaboration and client focus with the project team and internal partnersYou communicate effectively, both verbal and writtenYou manage multiple and changing priorities (flexibility/adaptability)You demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situationsYou work and thrive independently and in a collaborative environment; you partner, collaborate, and work in a team (and matrixed) environmentYou coach, train, and mentor other team members with less experienceA college degree is great but not required.
