This is an excellent opportunity for an APP seeking a predictable schedule, light patient volume, and true work-life balance in a supportive, community-focused environment. Why This Opportunity Stands Out $125,000 – $135,000 base salary + $10K–$15K productivity Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) No call responsibilities Manageable patient volume (15 patients per day) Established practice with strong support staff Mission-driven organization focused on serving the community What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting Manage acute and chronic conditions while focusing on preventive care Build long-term patient relationships in a continuity-based practice Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care What We’re Looking For Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Experience in primary care required (2 years), no new grads Comfortable seeing patients of all ages, 35% peds!
