$150,000 - $180,000 Base + $300,000 - $360,000 OTE + Equity + Benefits + PTO

Are you a high-performing Account Executive with a track record of selling developer tools into large enterprise accounts, who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to be part of building something from the ground up?

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, profitable startup at the forefront of AI infrastructure: the team behind the world's most widely used LLM Gateway, a unified platform that enterprise customers like Adobe, Netflix, Stripe, and NASA depend on in production. Backed by top-tier investors and already profitable with 8-figure ARR ahead of their Series A, the company is scaling rapidly and looking for an Account Executive to join a growing sales team at a genuine inflection point in the company's growth.

You'll be joining an established but lean sales team, working alongside existing AEs and with direct exposure to the CEO as the company continues builds out its go-to-market motion. The product sells itself to the right buyer: over 50,000 GitHub stars, exponential growth, and a platform that enterprise companies run all their LLM calls through. Your job is to find those buyers, run a tight sales cycle, and close.

The Role

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close (discovery, demo, proposal, and negotiation)
  • Work alongside existing AEs and collaborate with the CEO to drive revenue and hit ambitious growth targets
  • Build and refine repeatable sales processes that will scale as the team grows
  • Feed customer insights back to product and engineering to sharpen the roadmap
  • Contribute to building out the sales team (helping shape KPIs, hiring criteria, and culture as headcount grows)
The Person
  • 2-4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience in a start-up/scale-up environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Excellent communicator - able to tailor messaging across technical and business buyer personas with equal confidence
  • Self-starter who is genuinely excited to contribute to a scaling sales motion rather than follow a highly structured playbook
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and a high-ownership, feedback-driven culture
  • Experience selling into regulated industries such as insurance or financial services is a strong plus
