Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Salisbury, MD by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Drive coast-to-coast dry van routes from Salisbury, MD as part of HMD Trucking’s dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain late-model tractors equipped with sleeper berths
- Perform thorough inspections and update ELD records
- Secure cargo and adhere to FMCSA regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch for smooth operations
Average weekly mileage around 5,000, with split pay starting at 77¢ CPM and bonuses for safety and clean inspections. Home every three weeks plus comprehensive health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement benefits underscore our commitment to driver success.
