Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Diverse Healthcare Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and their families through therapy techniques to facilitate continued progress beyond the clinical setting.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track towards their goals.

Qualifications

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouraged ongoing education and support for continuing education or postgraduate certifications.

Certifications

• A current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
