CNC Lathe Setup Technician – 1st Shift

Location: Kenosha, WI

Shift: 1st Shift (4-Day Work Week)

Pay: Up to $32/hour (Based on Experience)

We're partnering with a growing precision manufacturing company in the Kenosha area that is looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Setup Technician to join their team on 1st shift.

• Perform complete setups on CNC lathes
• Load programs and make offsets as needed
• Change tooling and inserts
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain quality standards
• Work closely with production and quality teams

• Previous CNC lathe setup experience
• Experience with Fanuc controls preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Experience with offsets, tooling, and insert changes
• Strong quality mindset and attention to detail
• Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Up to $30/hour
• 4-day work week
