Duration: 6 Months + contract to hire

Job Summary:

Responsible for routine product support activities including parts identification, shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory handling, and material movement. Work is performed under supervision with established procedures and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pick, pack, label, and prepare parts/materials for shipment.
• Receive, check, store, and issue parts according to part numbers and orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems.
• Move parts/materials using forklifts or other equipment, as required.
• Package/repackage parts to prevent damage.
• Stage tooling and materials to support production schedules.
• Assist with inventory audits and maintain accurate storage locations.
• Follow safety, company, and lean/continuous improvement procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with sub-assembly activities when needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and 1 year of product support/related experience, or equivalent demonstrated ability.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, procedures, forms, and specifications.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to use job-specific computer applications.
• Willingness/ability to operate forklifts or other equipment and meet OSHA requirements, if applicable.
• Ability to support lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
