Benefits Manager

Position Title: Benefits Manager Wage: Based on Experience Our client’s organization in Fall River, WI is experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for a talented Benefits Manager to help lead the next phase of their employee benefits strategy. This newly created role is ideal for a benefits professional who has experience with self-funded medical plans and is excited by the opportunity to influence strategy, improve employee experience, and build scalable programs for a growing workforce. You'll help shape benefits programs that support employees while driving business objectives, all within a growing organization committed to investing in its people. Benefits Manager Responsibilities: Lead the administration and strategic direction of employee benefits programs Manage and enhance a self-funded medical plan while coordinating dental, vision, disability, and life offerings Serve as the key liaison between employees, leadership, brokers, TPAs, PBMs, and other vendors Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and related regulations Develop employee communication and education programs Lead wellness and well-being initiatives Analyze claims, utilization, and plan performance data to identify opportunities for improvement Manage benefits enrollment processes and employee support Requirements for Benefits Manager: 3+ years of benefits administration experience with self-funded health plans required Strong understanding of benefits compliance requirements Vendor management and negotiation experience Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency Bachelor's degree preferred SHRM or CEBS certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Monroechamber
