Job Description

The Fine Jewelry Sales Advisor at Bigham Jewelers is a trusted advisor, relationship builder, and ambassador of our brand. This role is centered around delivering an exceptional, highly personalized luxury experience while developing long-term relationships with our discerning, high-net-worth clientele.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or premier luxury brand environments (such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Gucci, Cartier, or Tiffany & Co. ) and understands how to cultivate an active personal book of business. This is a dedicated clienteling role, not a transactional sales position. Our Sales Advisors specialize in consultative, high-value sales ($20,000+ pieces) while taking the time to understand each client’s lifestyle and preferences.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Proven track record in high-end luxury retail and active VIP clienteling/book management .
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding individual sales targets in a high-commission environment.
Deep commitment to discretion, white-glove professionalism, and product expertise.
Ability to build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with repeat clients.
