Local Animal Hospital in Smithtown, looking for an experienced, compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible for greeting clients and their pets, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate medical records, handling phone inquiries, processing payments, and supporting client communication, including follow-up calls.
The ideal candidate has experience in the Veterinary field, strong knowledge of veterinary terminology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
