Now Hiring: Litigation Associate | Pensacola, FL
We’re currently recruiting Litigation Associates with 1–4 years of experience for an exciting opportunity with a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ law firm in Pensacola, Florida .
⚖️ What You’ll Do:
• Work on complex litigation, mass tort, and class action matters
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and brief dispositive and expert motions
• Work directly with experts and contribute to case strategy
• Gain hands-on federal court and courtroom experience
What We’re Looking For:
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Florida Bar admission or eligibility/willingness to sit for the next exam
• 1–4 years of litigation experience
• Federal court, complex litigation, mass tort, or multi-party experience is a plus
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Judicial clerkship, law review, or moot court experience is a plus
Salary: $ Open k + discretionary bonuses
Location: Pensacola, Florida
Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, CLE, bar dues, and professional liability coverage
