Project Systems Support Specialist

Overview Haydan Consultants, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Project Systems Support Specialist to join our New York, NY office in support of the NYC Borough-Based Jails (BBJ) Program. Responsibilities As a Project Systems Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing technical assistance anduser support for the BBJ Program’s Project Management Information System (PMIS). Your primaryresponsibilities will include troubleshooting system issues, resolve support tickets, and ensuring smoothday-to-day system operations.This position requires not only a solid technical foundation but also strong communication andteamwork skills. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, whilemaintaining transparency and responsiveness to meet Client and Project needs. Respond to and resolve PMIS-related support tickets, addressing technical issues, access problems, and user inquiries in a timely manner. Provide onboarding and offboarding support, including account setup, permission assignments,and user profile management. Track and assist with audit processes, including permission reviews and user accessreconciliations. Deliver PMIS training sessions for new and existing users, including role-specific refreshercourses and documentation support. Coordinate with Document Control (DC), Facilities, and project teams to support documenttransmittals, workflow updates, and user task management. Preferred Skills Strong understanding of project documentation workflows (submittals, RFIs, transmittals) Understanding of access control and user permission systems Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments and stakeholders Experience delivering user training and creating support documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple support tasks concurrently Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, ora related field 3+ years of experience in PMIS support, document control, or IT support role Rate: $50/Hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
