Corporate Associate - Securities/Capital Markets

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate specializing in Securities and Capital Markets to join their Wilmington, DE office. Duties Advise on securities law and capital markets transactions. Draft registration statements and offering documents. Manage transactions and lead due diligence teams. Provide expertise in public securities offerings and corporate governance. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in securities law and capital markets. Experience at a large firm preferred. Familiarity with IPOs, registered direct offerings, and PIPEs. Excellent writing skills and superior academics. Ability to manage multiple assignments independently. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
