Facilities and Truck Repair Supervisor

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Facilities and Truck Repair Supervisor to oversee on-site fleet repair and facility maintenance for commercial properties. You will lead technicians, schedule and prioritize work orders, and ensure safe, reliable operation of trucks, building systems, and equipment. Responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating vendors, controlling repair budgets, and upholding safety and regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate with property managers and clients, drive continuous improvement, and support JLL’s focus on performance, sustainability, and innovation in the built environment.
