The Opportunity As a Tax Intern, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of tax consulting, gaining exposure to the complexities of the global tax landscape. As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's methodologies, participating in projects, and performing basic tasks that contribute to the team's success. Responsibilities Supporting tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies Participating in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents Assisting in the analysis of complex tax regulations to optimize tax positions and minimize risks Engaging in international tax planning and multistate tax compliance activities Conducting tax research to support consulting projects and provide innovative solutions Collaborating with team members to develop tax models and structures for clients Contributing to the preparation of tax provisions and audits to validate compliance Observing and learning from experienced tax professionals to enhance personal development Applying data analytics to identify opportunities for tax optimization and efficiency Supporting the development of regulatory compliance consulting strategies for diverse industries What You Must Have Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting At least a 3.0 overall GPA Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
