National Presto Industries is seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team!

As the Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and experiences to our Spanish-speaking customers. You will engage with customers through thoughtful, professional communication, address inquiries with clarity and care, and proactively resolve concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming customer inquiries
• Problem-solve and provide timely and effective solutions
• Educate customers on use of Presto products
• Address warranty questions
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders and call notes

Requirements

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Ability to speak and understand Spanish proficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft products, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word

Skills & Attributes

• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong command of grammar
• Detail oriented
