Inspect custom Air Handling Units throughout assembly to ensure mechanical components, piping, insulation, electrical interfaces, finishes and documentation meet all drawings, customer requirements and quality standards before testing or shipment, Responsibilities • Read drawings, inspect complex assemblies, and document issues clearly • Hold production line responsible for quality • Mix of high volume product inspection and documention/paperwork Requirements • Experience inspecting custom AHUs, HVAC equipment, cleanroom equipment, modular process skids, industrial machinery, or similar Engineer-to-Order products • Experience supporting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), customer inspections, or shipment-release inspections. • Experience with ISO 9001, inspection and test plans (ITPs), first-article verification, NCRs, CAPA, or root-cause analysis. • Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication, insulation, mechanical piping, electrical panel interfaces, and industrial equipment assembly. mycustomstaffing.com View phone number on click.appcast.io 44 S.
