Location: Apartment Community - Brand New A+ Property in West Longmont Colorado
Full Time with Weekly Pay - Start ASAP (Working Interview to Hire)

JOB SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in apartment leasing, demonstrating expertise in showcasing an apartment community to prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating the leasing process. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional problem-solving abilities, a proven track record in leasing, outstanding communication skills and a dedication to providing exceptional service to residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet prospective residents, provide comprehensive tours of the property, and effectively highlight the features and amenities of our apartment community.
Respond to inquiries from prospective residents via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and detailed information about availability, pricing, lease terms, and application process.
Conduct thorough and professional applicant screenings, including reviewing credit checks, background checks, and income verification.
Prepare and complete lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain organized and up-to-date leasing files, including resident information, lease documents, and correspondence.
Foster strong relationships with existing residents, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly and providing exceptional customer service throughout their tenancy.
Assist with marketing and advertising efforts, including social media updates, online listings, and promotional events, to attract prospective residents and maximize occupancy rates.
Collaborate with property management and maintenance staff to address resident needs, maintenance requests, and ensure a well-maintained and attractive property.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in apartment leasing, with a strong understanding of leasing principles, Fair Housing regulations, and lease agreements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospective and current residents.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a demonstrated track record in achieving leasing goals and maintaining high occupancy rates.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using leasing software and computer systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
