Location: Urbana, Illinois (serving Urbana, Danville, Decatur, Bloomington, IL)
Start Date: Open
Duration: Full-Time
Shift: MondayFriday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm
Hours/Week: 40 hours
Employment Type: Permanent
Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license, relationship-driven sales skills
Experience: Prior sales experience preferred; healthcare or medical device experience a plus
Salary Range: $45,000 $50,000 per year base salary
Compensation: Uncapped commissions; quarterly bonus opportunities

What You'll Do:
- Identify, develop, and expand referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers within your territory
- Prospect new accounts and grow existing partnerships through regular in-person visits
- Educate healthcare professionals on available home medical equipment solutions, including ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep therapy, wound care, and diabetic supplies
- Collaborate with local clinical and operational teams to ensure superb customer service and support
- Track activity, manage pipelines, and report territory trends using call planning tools
- Attend sales training sessions and participate in ongoing education to stay current on company offerings
- Maintain professionalism and discretion when discussing patient-related needs
What You Need:
- Required:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of B2B or healthcare sales experience
- Experience with respiratory or medical sales, including oxygen, CPAP, ventilators, wound care, or diabetic supplies
- CRM familiarity and excellent pipeline management skills
- Ability to build trust and influence clinical partners
