Alden Estates of Jefferson

Join our dedicated team at Alden Estates of Jefferson. We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to fill part-time Dietary Aide positions in our dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Summary:

As a Dietary Aide, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents. You will assist with meal service,serving residents, and maintenance of a clean and sanitary environment in our dining areas.

Requirements:

High school education or equivalent
Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
Must have patience, tact, and enthusiasm
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on facility policies, procedures, and best practices
Exhibit a strong commitment to resident-centered care, demonstrating empathy, kindness, and respect for the dignity of each individual
Maintain a safe and engaging environment for residents
