Junior Family Law Paralegal

The Junior Family Law Paralegal performs substantive, billable legal work under the direction and supervision of a Senior Family Law Paralegal and/or Managing Attorney . This position supports the development and progression of family law matters from intake through discovery, settlement, hearings, and trial. The Junior Paralegal will conduct legal research, assist with drafting pleadings and motions, coordinate discovery, organize evidence, prepare hearing and trial materials, and maintain accurate case files. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where deadlines matter. You should enjoy figuring things out . You should be able to take a case strategy provided by an attorney or Senior Paralegal, identify the tasks necessary to move the case forward, conduct appropriate research, complete assigned work accurately, and escape questions when attorney guidance is required. This is a hands-on position with significant opportunities to develop substantive family law knowledge and litigation skills. Compensation: $60,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr Divorce With A Plan
