Bookkeeper / Office Manager (90 day contract to hire)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a close-knit, family-focused manufacturing environment where your work directly supports daily operations and business success. Compensation

• $45,000-$65,000 annually upon permanent conversion
• $20-28/ hour for temporary portion

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage daily bookkeeping activities including billing, EDI billing, order entry, and accounting support
• Complete general ledger reconciliations and assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Maintain sales reporting spreadsheets and ensure accurate weekly reporting
• Perform DSD reconciliation and accounts receivable reconciliation activities
• Support month-end close processes, inventory reporting, and financial documentation
• Maintain accurate lot code records and other operational accounting data
• Provide backup support for phones, customer orders, and administrative needs
• Be the backup office manager when needed

What You'll Need to be Considered

• 3+ years of bookkeeping background (AP, AR, reconciliations)
• Comfortable in Microsoft Excel skills with experience working in spreadsheets
• QuickBooks software is a plus
• Mature, dependable, and a team-oriented partner
