Position Overview As a Traffic Intern at HDR, you will work on real‑world projects, applying standard engineering techniques under the supervision of a Project Manager and performing other duties as needed. Key Responsibilities Gain real‑world experience on exciting projects Connect with recent college graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with a 3.0+ GPA Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry Preference is given to local candidates Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Basic Microsoft Office skills Commitment to an active participation in the employee‑owned culture Location Primary: United States—Arizona—Phoenix Other: United States—Arizona—Tucson Schedule Part‑time; Temporary EEO Statement HDR is committed to the principles of employment equity.
