Your primary objective will be to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, ensuring guest needs are met, and leading your team to provide a memorable and delightful experience to every guest. You will report directly to the Hospitality Manager and collaborate with various departments to uphold the company's reputation for excellence. This role reports to the Client Relations Manager or the Client Relations Director.This role will be part of the Office Services team and will be cross trained in Office Services and Reception.Key ResponsibilitiesHospitality Support -Manage all customer inquiries and issues tactfully and confidentlyConduct daily site walk checklist to ensure flawless execution, look out for defects and remediate any dangerous conditions immediatelyEnsure meeting rooms and collaboration spaces are in ‘ready-to-use’ condition whenever unoccupiedEnsure office equipment is in good working condition. Otherwise, rectify immediatelyLiaise and work collaboratively with colleagues and vendors to support the functionality of the workspaceHospitality rounds throughout the day (all conference, huddle rooms, and pantries)High-Touch Cleaning (Wipe-down, ensure PPE, wipes, and sanitizer are readily available)Kitchen & Breakroom serviceArrange Catering (breakfast/lunch events)Consolidate all customer issues and generate monthly reportSupport Mail & Print when needed with projects and covering lunches/breaksCustomer Service & CommunicationsStart the day with greeting customers, using customer nameVisibly engaged and well known in the workplace; spends a minimum of four hours per day walking the siteTo be attuned with customer, build meaningful relationships with stakeholders across all levels, carrying a hospitality calling card as appropriateShare communications collaterals with the Sheppard Mullin teamReceives and responds to all requests (verbal, email) or issues within one day of receipt, including a personal follow up to ensure questions / requests are answered. Urgent issues / emails to be prioritized firstAdministrative DutiesPerform / stock pantry and supplies as neededAdminister workplace policies (clean desk, appropriate use of space, etc.)Additional duties as assigned by Workplace / Facility ManagerBackup reception (1 hour per day ) and covering for outages (full day)Qualifications:3 – 5 years prior experience in hospitality, tourism, events operations, or related professionCustomer focused mentality with a passion for hospitalityExcellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate professionally at all levelsMeticulous with strong organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal skills and highly collaborativeProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook)Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeThe Compensation range for this role is 25.00 to 30.00 USD per hour.
