As our Receptionist, you’re the fast-moving hub that keeps Floyds 99 Barbershop - Longmont running smooth and guests feeling instantly taken care of. This role exists to create a sharp first impression, keep the flow on track, and protect an upbeat, customer-first experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle payments accurately
• Answer phones, schedule/route inquiries, and communicate clearly with the team
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and support shop upkeep as needed
• Stay calm, professional, and solutions-focused when challenges pop up

Required skills/qualifications:

• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy, onsite setting
• Strong customer service mindset, reliability, and attention to detail
• Availability for flexible days, nights, and weekends
