Pay or shift range: $28 USD to $30 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. What You’ll Be Doing: Responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, leading and supporting staff, delivering excellent customer service, handling customer concerns, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: Supervised daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction. Led, trained, and supported front-of-house staff to maintain high performance and teamwork. Managed employee schedules, breaks, and shift assignments. Handled customer inquiries and resolved complaints professionally. Monitored food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards. Assisted with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports. Maintained inventory, ordered supplies, and reduced waste where possible. Worked closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service. Helped recruit, onboard, and train new team members. Ensured company policies and service standards were consistently followed.
