General Production WorkerAs a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, specializing in the production of innovative lightning protection devices.ResponsibilitiesMeasure materials and cut them into 8-inch pieces using scissors or an exacto knife.Cut materials similar to film or foil wrapping paper.Dip products into chemicals.Package the final product.Sit for most of the day, except during the dipping process.No computer work is required.Essential SkillsGeneral production experience.Manual dexterity for handling small tools.Experience with mechanical assembly.Ability to measure accurately using hand tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in assembly or production.Good manual dexterity for using scissors and an exacto knife.Ability to use a tape measure.Basic English proficiency to speak and read.Ability to lift up to 10-15 lbs.Why Work Here?Join a leading company in the design and development of lightning protection systems for military, aerospace, and wind energy sectors. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
