We’re looking for a driven, hands‑on Assistant General Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment and knows how to lead with both precision and personality. As the AGM, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager, helping to oversee daily operations while ensuring every guest experience reflects the Red O standard. From leading and inspiring a high-performing team to managing service flow, financial performance, and guest satisfaction, you’ll play a key role in keeping the restaurant running seamlessly. What You’ll Do: Lead, coach, and develop front‑of‑house teams to deliver exceptional service Drive guest satisfaction by resolving concerns and elevating the overall experience Assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost control to meet business goals Uphold brand standards, cleanliness, and compliance with all health and safety regulations Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to execute a cohesive dining experience Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of management experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant A natural leader with strong communication and problem‑solving skills Passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest experiences Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and operations Experience with MICROS POS systems is a plus Familiarity with Ctuit / Restaurant365 (Radar) is a plus Ability to stay composed and solution‑focused in a fast‑paced setting Why Red O?
