Assistant Director Of Nursing (ADON)Outfield Health Care Partners is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical operations at our Skilled Nursing facility in Independence, Missouri.The ADON works directly under the Director of Nursing (DON) and assists with daily clinical leadership, staff supervision, compliance, and resident care oversight.
