• Support distressed M&A, recapitalizations, debt restructurings, and other special situations transactions

• Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations for senior bankers and clients

• Assist with due diligence, creditor communications, and transaction execution

• Collaborate with senior bankers across deal strategy, execution, and advisory workflows

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline

• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario planning

• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities

• Ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
