Requirements and Duties You must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, and have access to an insured vehicle for delivery. Must possess customer service skills, navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and the ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings. General Job Duties Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Training Orientation and training provided on the job. Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Essential Functions / Skills / Abilities Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly. Make correct monetary change. Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Navigate adverse terrain while carrying product. Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions. In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F or higher in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Physical Requirements Standing: Most tasks performed while standing. Walking: Short distances and durations; surfaces include ceramic tile or linoleum. Sitting: Paperwork completed at a desk or table. Lifting: Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs with hand truck. Carrying: Large cans (≈3 lb) and other items up to 12 lb per tray. Pushing/Pulling: Trays on dollies require up to 7.5 lb force. Climbing: Infrequently navigate stairs or ladders. Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at pizza assembly station for 30–45 seconds continuously. Crouching/Squatting: Occasionally when stocking shelves or cleaning low areas. Reaching: Up, down, and forward reach up to 72 in occasionally. Hand tasks: Continuous use with excellent eye‑hand coordination. Equipment and Tools Pencil/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.
