REGISTERED NURSE - MED/SURG

Registered NurseAspirus Tomahawk Hospital in Tomahawk, WI is seeking a registered nurse to join our med/surg team!The registered nurse is a professional who assumes the responsibility and accountability for the provision of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care provided that incorporates evidence-based practice. A key aspect of the work of nursing is to continually improve the quality of nursing care by collecting and analyzing data.Hours: Full-time or 0.9 FTE, 72 hours every pay period, shift: all shifts and individuals may be asked to float to other north division hospitals.Experience/Qualifications:Associate degree in nursing required.Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.Certification in specialty desired.Ideally, minimum of three years practicing as a RN in comparative setting.Possesses an active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN nursing license.Maintains specialty certification as per department scope of service.Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
