CNC Mill Machinist We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC vertical machining centers to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. Pay: $24–$34 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday Flexible scheduling may be available after the training period. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience operating CNC mills. Strong knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation. Proficient with FANUC controls. Experience with Mastercam programming is a plus, but not required. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, vernier calipers, dial indicators, and related inspection tools. Familiarity with machining a variety of materials. Experience operating overhead cranes, jib cranes, forklifts, and associated rigging equipment. Ability to independently troubleshoot machining, tooling, setup, and production issues. Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently maintain accuracy. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team. Willingness to perform other duties as needed. Must comply with all federal, state, local, and company health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations. CNC Lathe Machinist We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will program, set up, and operate CNC turning centers to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Pay: $24–$34 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday Flexible scheduling may be available after the training period. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience operating CNC lathes and turning centers. Ability to independently set up and operate CNC turning centers. Proficient with FANUC controls. Ability to program, interpret, and edit CNC programs. Conversational programming is available. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, vernier calipers, dial indicators, and related inspection tools. Experience turning parts ranging from approximately 1.000" to 32.000" in diameter. Familiarity with machining a variety of materials. Experience operating overhead cranes, jib cranes, forklifts, and associated rigging equipment. Ability to independently troubleshoot machining, tooling, setup, and production issues. Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently maintain accuracy. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team. CNC Operator We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for efficiently operating CNC vertical machining centers while maintaining quality and accuracy. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a dependable work ethic. Pay: $18–$24 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday Flexible scheduling may be available after the training period. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of CNC operating experience preferred; training may be available for the right candidate. Knowledge of FANUC controls is a plus. Ability to use precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and indicators. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Ability to interpret and make basic edits to CNC programs when required. Ability to follow instructions and perform work accurately and thoroughly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn and develop additional machining skills. Willingness to perform other duties as needed.
