Biddable Media Sr Analyst

Overview The ONE PEP Media Hub Team is looking for a passionate Biddable Media analyst who has extensive experience with hands‑on key media activation across all social and programmatic buying platforms and will provide media guidance and activation support. Responsibilities Craft and implement data‑driven paid media plans that deliver full‑funnel KPIs Serve as a consultant for brand leads on media execution details, developing and owning processes to bring campaigns to life and working closely with Marketing Sciences to measure and optimize media impact Liaise directly with a breadth of external stakeholders (media agency, analytics/measurement partners, creative agencies, media partners) and internal teams (Trademark, Finance, Consumer Insights, Communications, DX, Foodservice, Ecommerce, BIS) Develop and ensure adoption of standardized tools, processes and timelines Communicate complex concepts to non‑technical audiences Work with cross‑functional teams and successfully manage agency partners Remain immersed in digital culture, familiar with emerging trends and technologies Demonstrate professional maturity, manage up and down, and exhibit strong interpersonal skills for interaction with senior leaders Exhibit strong collaboration and project‑management skills Show strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Demonstrate ability to develop and cultivate relationships Leverage insights to draw sound conclusions and translate them into actionable recommendations Work independently while being part of a performance‑driven team Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is $80,200 – $134,250. Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience and education will be considered in setting the actual starting salary. The recruiter will share the specific range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance; eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick and bereavement leave.
