Sales Representative II CRM - Mesa, AZ

Medtronic seeks a Sales Representative II to promote and sell Cardiac Rhythm Management pacing products within the East Valley of Phoenix territory. The role involves conducting sales calls, implementing quarterly plans, managing inventory, and providing 24-hour territory coverage including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service CRM products to existing and competitive customers
• Implement quarterly sales plans and achieve assigned sales goals and objectives
• Provide field intelligence on competitive activity, market changes, and customer preferences
• Maintain adequate inventory and manage product allocation and delivery across territory
• Complete administrative reporting including expense reports, account analyses, and competitive updates

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ years sales/clinical/medical device experience
• Associate's degree with 4+ years relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years
• Medical device, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences background
• Ability to work outside normal business hours and travel as needed
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required
• Proficient product knowledge and customer training capability
• B2B or medical device sales experience with OR and interventional cardiology exposure preferred
