Licensed/Associate Therapist - Couples, Individuals, Adults

Provide clinical therapy to a varied caseload including individuals, teens, adults, and couples Work with clients matched according to clinical interest and fit Focus on clinical work while the administrative team handles scheduling, billing, intake, and marketing Participate in weekly consultation and skills groups Complete CBT and OCD certification training through Palo Alto Therapy Participate in couples-specific consultation and supervision when building or expanding a couples caseload Work through in-person and telehealth services under hybrid arrangements Requirements Active California license or associate registration required (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples required Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and other modalities) Collaborative, team-oriented mindset Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week (weekends a plus) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing clinical therapy to diverse populations, including individuals, teens, adults, and couples, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as CBT. Holds an active California license and is trained in modalities like the Gottman Method or EFT.
