Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments for patients to identify their needs and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Providing high-quality outpatient psychotherapy through various modalities including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Regularly evaluating treatment progress and outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal care tailored to the patient’s evolving needs.

• Preparing thorough documentation including intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries in compliance with state regulations and NCQA standards.
\n
• Collaborating seamlessly with physicians and healthcare professionals to assess the need for psychotropic medications and manage treatment interventions.
\n
• Leading or participating in staff meetings to discuss case management strategies and enhance service delivery.
\n
• Offering support and guidance to families of patients to help them understand treatment strategies and improve adherence.
\n
• Supervising and mentoring Post Masters Fellows or other associate-level clinicians, conditional on completion of supervision training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes both adults and children experiencing a wide variety of mental health issues. Your focus will involve developing tailored treatment approaches that address acute and chronic mental illnesses, ensuring each client's unique background and circumstances are integrated into their care process.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active license in the State of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in telehealth environments or those who have worked with multidisciplinary teams in mental health settings. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and an understanding of best practices in teletherapy will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
