Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, initial comprehensive assessments for new clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and understand their needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methods, which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other effective modalities.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, actively engaging clients in discussion and therapeutic activities that promote their personal and emotional well-being.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Document all interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately, in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training workshops or webinars, to enhance therapeutic techniques and stay updated with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with include individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to diverse populations.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage multiple cases.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth environment is preferred.

• Experience working with trauma-informed care approaches.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with professional experience and caseload.
