Construction Manager 2 |San Antonio, TX Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization , is seeking a ConstructionManager 2 to join their team. You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects within active datacenter environments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders , which will align successfully with the organization. Job Title: Construction Manager 2 Location: San Antonio, TX Pay Range: $65.94 - $71.03/hour What’s the Job? Coordinate project activities, documentation, schedules, status updates, and project controls to support successful execution. Support onsite construction activities, including site walks, progress verification, quality observations, material tracking, logistics, and invoice review. Coordinate meetings with contractors, internal stakeholders, design teams, consultants, and program leadership, including action-item and follow-up tracking. Prepare project health reports, status updates, leadership communications, and other project documentation. Support construction projects in active datacenter environments, including access coordination, compliance tracking, procurement activities, and closeout documentation. What’s Needed? Foundational knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, cost management, and quality control. 2–5 years of experience in construction coordination, project coordination, or field engineering. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; datacenter, industrial, or mission‑critical construction experience is preferred.
