Overview As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of your restaurant’s operation and training. You are accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams, onboarding new team members and developing future leaders. Requirements 18+ years old Valid driver’s license Background check required Physical & Mental Demands Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
