Job Overview The Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs) at Accenture empower client transformation initiatives by providing industry insights and innovative technology solutions. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with Accenture teams, software vendors, and clients to deliver Epic Resolute Professional Billing and Claims solutions. You Are An experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing and Claims certified consultant with a proven track record in healthcare IT. Job Responsibilities Document current state business workflows. Assist in analysis and design of new business workflows. Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Provide input into high‑level functional specifications. Work with project managers, architects, business analysts, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application. Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases to ensure a clear and complete understanding. Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing. Participate in quality management reviews of design and performance of work products. Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and assist with testing activities. Act as intermediary with client’s Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows, and technology capabilities and limitations. Assist in development and documentation of data requests and source‑to‑target mapping. Perform additional duties as assigned, including implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support. Required Experience and Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT as an Epic Resolute Professional Billing analyst. Certification in Epic Resolute Professional Billing and Epic Claims. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); if Associate Degree, minimum 6 years of work experience. Preferred Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience working for a consulting firm. Experience in at least one full implementation of Epic. Experience with Epic PB/PB Claims, HB/HB Claims, Charge Router, Real Time Eligibility, and revenue cycle back‑end knowledge of applications. Work Arrangement This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office. Location Hiring locations include Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX.
