Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support sales operations and manage key customer accounts for our client. This role serves as a liaison between customers, sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and generate sales quotes
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate deliveries and communicate with internal teams regarding order status
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests
• Establish new customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Support the sales team with administrative and account management activities
• Generate reports and analyze customer data as needed
• Process sample requests and assist with product-related inquiries
• Perform data entry and maintain customer information within CRM systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of issues

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales support, customer service, account management, or sales coordination experience
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with order processing, logistics coordination, and customer account support preferred
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is a plus
