Finance Associate - Junior Level

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Finance Associate to join their team in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will have general finance experience and a strong background in drafting and negotiating various financial documents. Duties Draft and negotiate commitment papers, security agreements, and credit agreements. Prepare and review other loan documents. Utilize UCC experience in relevant transactions. Engage in general corporate legal work. Contribute to data center or digital infrastructure projects. Requirements Experience in a peer law firm preferred. High level of academic achievement. Experience with data center or digital infrastructure work is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Admission to the California State Bar. Skills Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and analytical abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
