Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes or milling machines to produce precision components according to detailed prints and technical specifications
Interpret detailed drawings or files with GD&T to ensure accuracy and the highest quality standards are met
Set up, operate, and disassemble manual, automatic, and computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools
Align, secure, and adjust cutting tools and workpieces
Monitor issues promptly by making adjustments to machine parameters or tooling to optimize machining accuracy and efficiency
Verify that completed products meet requirements
Comply with safety measures and keep an organized and clean work space

Skills

Proficient in G-code
Familiarity with machining tools, techniques, and machine setup procedures for CNC lathe and milling machines
Mechanical knowledge including interpretation of mechanical blueprints and understanding of GD&T principles
Knowledge of CNC quality inspection procedures ensuring components meet strict requirements
