Our community loves and needs us to help make parenting more affordable. We are seeking a strong manager candidate who can take ownership of a store, store team, and inventory management.Responsibilities:Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying softwareManage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandisingManage our team of 8-10 peopleRunning a boutique with passion and driveBenefits:Competitive salaryExcellent employee discount20 days paid time offFamily friendly environmentNo more than two weekends a month. Generally every third weekend.Must have 9am-7pm job availability Mon-Sat and Sun 1pm-5pm. Example work hours may be 9-5pm, 10-6pm, 11-7pm, 9:30-7pm depending on general staffing of employees.
